The cost to attend MEDai's Partners in Success 2008 client conference is $199 per person and should be sent via U.S. Mail with checks made payable to MEDai, Inc. (no credit cards) to the following address:

The Resort conference rate of $219 plus applicable taxes (12.5%) per night will apply to Wednesday, October 22, and Thursday, October 23, 2008. This conference rate is available for extended stays, three days before and after the scheduled conference dates.

To reserve your room, contact the hotel directly at 1-866-360-7395. When making your room reservations, please refer to the Group Event you are attending as "MEDai Partners in Success 2008" to receive the conference rate.

Room reservations must be made by September 22, 2008 to receive the conference rate.
