MEDai Client Wins California Award for
Performance Excellence

The award is granted by The California Awards for Performance Excellence (CAPE) program, the state-level affiliate of the National Malcolm Baldrige Award for Quality. Applicants for the award were required to respond to demanding criteria that assess an organization in seven categories of performance. Additionally, applicants were required to respond to over 130 questions relating to key business factors and withstand a site visit by a certified team of CAPE examiners.
