Solution to Enhance Existing Disease Management Programs

Risk Navigator Clinical's robust analysis and reporting capability will provide Health Net tools for its overall care management programs and to manage provider relationships.

Risk Navigator Clinical accurately forecasts prospective high-risk patients to improve patients' health and quality of care while controlling cost. The advantage of MEDai's prediction engine is its use of the right combination of linear and non-linear models to correctly "fit" the characteristics of the client's population. Risk Navigator Clinical allows drill-down to the patient level which provides disease management nurses with quick access to Guideline Gap Analysis reports.
